Premature Birth of the Fatal Error Network
So the Fatal Error Network has had somewhat of a premature birth, thanks to the recent spate of DMCA's, false flagging, dead channels and other misgivings on YouTube. Even Vimeo was considered a bad mistake not taking the first step through the door. I haven't even half finished the new code yet so people are currently stuck with a half finished site. I hope you can all bear with me though. Things are moving faster than I expected but I will make sure it works for you by next week.

Monogamy annoys me
It's a personal thing, so don't take it personally monogamists. But in a world were the boundaries of morality are changing, monogamy really fucking annoys me when it effects my relationships, or those of my friends who it effects. I recently got myself out of a particularly possessive monogamous from a woman I ironically met in the poly network, thinking I could easily fit into a monogamous life style. Perhaps it could have worked, if not for the constant abuse and possessiveness. I have no doubt perhaps it could have done. But when you hear some one you care about saying "I'm polyamorous but I have to go monogamous for some one", especially after just recently being in a violent relationship that demanded the same thing, alarm bells ring. Which is why monogamy annoys me.
Why the fuck can't we be who we are, I mean isn't that what love is about for fucks sake? Accepting the nature of your spouse? I know it's possible. One of my friends is poly and married to a monogamous man. He is very accepting of her lifestyle, which is why they are happy. Ask the how it works, and you might be surprised. He is happy with her, she is happy with him and other partners. he doesn't want more, an neither does she, but thats not the point.
The point is they love each other, not own each other. A friend of mine once said recetly
"If you can't be who you are with someone, then that someone is not for you"
Monogamy might work for me, don't rule it out, with the right person. But don't expect e to change for the sake of change. That road leads only one way.

The Jellyfish effect
Stupid and stupid just continue to breed, which comes as no surprise really, especially when it comes to the America right wing and the EDL. I see right wing idiocy as a jelly fish. As individuals they have no argument to stand on, together they build a wall of such stupidity even a unified front of common sense can't break through. I mean look at the Tea Party movement. How many idiots do you see speaking out against their own best interests? way to many for me to count, hence the Jelly Fish movement, a community of single celled organisms come together to form a symbiotic relationship that benefits the whole. doesn't detract from the fact that all they are is a mass of jelly.
I mean look at the unity between some Americans and the EDL. I can't help but laugh at the collective IQ of -2 when I see these people come together. The arguments they put forward individually are stupid enough but when they scream and yell their opposition to the Islamification of the west, it's like watching a mass collective of stand ups who have no idea they're the punchline of their own jokes. They on on a march to keep Britain British, in their Adidas tracksuits and their Nike trainers, produced by some sweatshop in Eastern Asia or South America, drink their beer an eat their Jamaican or Indian curries and go home to play on their Japanese produced game consoles to play perhaps the only British product they really have, Fifa. Ironic isn't it? You couldn't invent a better joke really.
That said if you were to tell them the punchline, they'd mistake that as an invitation for a punch in the face. I kid you not. A 17 year old EDL member I argued with before I wrote this entry literally thought when I accused him of being his own punchline I was accused of accusing him of GBH. Sometimes I despair I truly do...

Genetic inferior..
Oh it always makes me howl with laughter when I hear the genetics argument with regards to race. I think largely because not only is it a baseless appeal to authority but also a total waste of time. I mean seriously why should I care? And what constitutes genetic superiority anyway? I'm a sociologist and a historian by trade and to date not one 'expert' has yet to tell me what this special gene is that makes people so superior.
Oh I've heard the "white men have invented more" argument all the time, but that in itself is a fallacy. By what standard are we talking here? The aggressive colonial nature of the European nations of course. You see invention is driven by the sociological make up the society in question. An expansionist civilization is bound to be more inventive ways to colonize and conquer as opposed to an isolationist civilization. What possible need of an armada of battleships, for example, would their be to the Zulu tribal nation? What they lacked in gunpowder they more than made up for with thousands of men who could run across a hundred miles of land in a single night and still take on technologically advanced white man with enough energy and drive left over. If one were to argue the superiority of genetics, the Zulu won hands down. But it wasn't genetics it was their nature. That the white man had superior technology only speaks, at least to me, how incapable they were to survive in the hostile lands of Africa without it. Also when it comes to invention, I am reminded of my personal hero, Elijah McCoy, who despite being at a social disadvantage in America, invented and patented 57 inventions that changed the face of modern technolgy.
At the end of the day, genetics is a poor argument to justify racism, even if it is an accurate science. It's no reason to hate another "race", which is more myth than real science. And to be quite frank, if our friend in the above video is a prime example of white genetic superiority, then damn, I drew a short straw didn't I?

Proposed speech for tomorows video
I am currently writing the letter for the event, if anyone can help me with the production of this video let me know.
Ladies and gentlemen.
"I am little more than another YouTube user here on the internet. Amongst the many contributors here my name is unimportant, but the experiences I will cover on in this video are not and whilst they focus on but two of the many here on YouTube, they do reflect a behavior that YouTube claims will punish users for yet fail to carry out. Now it would be unfair of me to say that these are the only two who dabble in this behavior, as I am sure there are many others out there who use the same practices for their own nefarious purposes. But I do not know many of those that do, so I will focus on my own circle in which this has happened. If two people are to be the focus here, and the example that vile behavior here should not be tolerated here then so be it. I encourage you to mirror this video and spread the word as widely as possible if this campaign to force YouTube to carry out it's promise to punish those who abuse the system is to succeed.
This is Brett Keane, a man who I will not go into great detail over. He does have a reputation on YouTube already amongst a great many users, but to go into all the details would be of no benefit to this video, and would be unnecessary baggage. No I feel it better to focus on the issues this video is focusing on with regards to this man, though you will have to forgive me if I use the term “man” loosely.
This is RevJdubs, Brett keane's partner in crime, and whilst his reputation is not as wide spread as Brett Keane's it is slowly becoming just as vile.
Now other than their relationship, what do these two have in common, and what makes them of such importance to this video. Well the answer is simple. They have been responsible for the termination of numerous accounts here on YouTube through malicious flagging, filing false DMCA notices and the use of VoteBotting to down vote videos by other users and to up their own. And despite YouTube's promise to terminate any account who abuses the system, these users accounts, which are listed below, continue to go unpunished whilst the innocent are left to start over again with new accounts or just leave YouTube altogether. It is impossible to list all the channels these people have destroyed through the simple act of pressing a button, because the list just keeps building. As I speak these words, the evidence to these accusations are being broadcast on this video and are listed below as video links and screen-grabs for your perusal.
So what business is this of yours? Well the answer is simple. Brett Kean And Jdubs are but the tip of the iceburg of a great many others in the YouTube community who know how to and continue to abuse the system for their own ends. Be it to silence a critic, protect their reputation or as in this case, to bully and get any attention they can, even negative attention, and they do not care who they hurt to do so. To these people YouTube is like the principle in a school who denies they have a problem with bullying, and like the children they are, they thrive and thrill on the attention of their victims and the willful ignorance of those in authority. Would it were this was limited to YouTube, but alas it is not,but this video is dedicated solely to YouTube, so I won't elaborate further on that.
So what can we do? About this? Well it has often been my experience that bullies fear one thing. Power. They fear organization and and they fear the truth. This is also true of those who who enable this behavior through their inaction, in this case YouTube. So hat I propose is this. Below I have written a letter to YouTube, which I encourage you to download and sign. E-mailing YT has proven to be a waste of time, you can't contact them by phone, they will not listen to one individual one the phone. So I recommend the third action, fax. I have provided the fax number down below, and if you haven’t got a fax, plenty of free services on the web that will fax documents for you. But the effort does not end there. Now imagine one fax being sent, it can easily be ignored. Imagine 5 of the same, a minor annoyance, 10 then become 20, 30, perhaps more. Maybe they could be ignored they were sent sparsely over the week, but imagine one day, one single day of the same letter from different numbers all over the world with the same message, disrupting their everyday business for one day. YouTube will have to notice something is up at that point if a large group of people on a single day were prepared to stand up in one voice, or in this case paper trail, in civil defiance and say, “YouTube, do what you promised”. One day of simple defiance could make a difference. Now I am of no illusion that this may or may not take off, but on Monday 15th August 2011, I will be sending this letter below and I hope you will join me. At least in this one act I can show YouTube and those that bully without impunity that I do not intend to remain as apathetic on this as they do. To do nothing would make me as culpable, and should I loose my new channel as a result of these two bullies and YouTube's apathy, then at least I can proudly say I went down with a fight.
I hope on Monday 15th 2011 you will join me in this single campaign. These two maybe a small example of larger problem, but an example must be made, and with luck it will aid us all in the fight against bullies, censorship and the freedom YouTube claims it stands for.
Thank you for listening"

Can you predict the simple mind?
Ahh RevJDubs and Brett Keane. Predictable as they are desperate, can you you see which way they are going? Can you see the predictable plan? Oh they like to think of themselves as the Padasdhah Emperor of Dune, capable of "Plans with plans", but if that's the case, then we are the Navigators in the situation.
Lets look back for a moment, the relationship between these two parasites, who feed of the corpses of their all but tattered reputations. How do they get attention? Like a child ignored, they misbehave, they bully and they find themselves a suitable victim to draw people around them. It's a shame J "dumdum" dubs has chinchillas. Their innocence alone is tarnished with the unfortunate vicinity they have to share with two people incapable of interacting with the human race with anything more than a childish contempt. Were it not for YT, I'd have no doubt, Jdubs would as much hurt his pets as Brett Keane beats his wife. They are nothing but bullies picking out their latest victim. And if RevJDubs threat has anything to say, we all know who that is.
They will continue to destroy people's channels, their hard work and their valued contribution to a growing community to feed their parasitic need to be noticed. The question is who's channel will be the first to die?
I am laying bets now, it's mine. I am the most vulnerable right now, I have the right ingredients with my situation to fuel the right amount of rage, if not lay the fertile foundation for when they pick their next target. So people, the question is, what do we do now? I have an idea, but it will require everyone of you to participate and force YT to act.

The $800 moth by Steven Greer
It doesn't take long for the cultists to wave in around you when you focus on a leading voice in the field of Religion, bullshit activism or bullshit science. You think you get it bad when you go after ThunderF00t, Pat Condell or Ken Honvid? Woah, the UFO community is cut throat when it comes to defending their bullshit artists. I wont go into much but here are two examples why I think Steven Greer not only a nutjob but a threat to real education. Lets take a look at the image on the right. This is Steven Greer's famous ET picture, which he charged $800 to see at his seminars. The image on the left reveals what should have been obvious to even the most ardent of believers. What can I tell you. When you really want to believe, you'll ignore the obviousno matter how smart you think you are.
The second reason involves a quote from Seth Shostak, a lead scientist at SETI, regarding the claims of Steven Greer;
The second reason involves a quote from Seth Shostak, a lead scientist at SETI, regarding the claims of Steven Greer;
"Well, I've known of him (and occasionally debated him on the radio) for years, and he's always been bonkers. Two weeks after he claimed we had a 'secret detection', he was telling radio audiences that when Neil Armstrong stepped out on the moon in 1969, he was surrounded by alien spacecraft!"
And you wonder why I question the sanity and validity of a man who claims you can build your own spaceship with nothing more than a torch, an empty box of cornflakes and an over active imagination?
BBC news missed the big news in their own back yard?
Now as much as I accept the existence of unidentified flying objects as I accept the existence pretty much anything that is unidentified, if doesn't help when something so obviously either fake or flawed adds to my skepticism that these things are visitors from other worlds. Not least of which when the big news is in Britain's major broadcasting corporations back yard, perhaps even the countries most recognized landmarks. Below are two examples that should have raised the public eyebrow, watch them, be amazed, then question what problem I have with them both.
Spotted my problem yet? Could it be that daylight sighting such as this somehow escaped the national media's attention? Amazing considering the first video was recorded just above the BBC headquarters! How the hell could they have missed that? Well there are many reasons that could be accounted for the lack of any major media report on the event, and I am sure there will be many conspiracies to explain it away. Who I am to judge? But seriously, I'm more inclined to think it was nothing more than a none event, nothing to report, airplane, birds,or just something out of the ordinary that for security reasons didn't concern the media... or it didn't really happen. I mean think about it, go to the BBC news website, see if you can find anything about this amazing event. The closest I got to anything was a Radio 5 report about a UFO spotting Hertfordshire, 2 months before the news of decade here in London, everyone seems to have missed. Go fig.

The lessons of Phoebe Prince
It's a tough one this, being a victim of bullying myself. I find it easy to blame the kids involved, but easier to forget the responsibility of the school to protect. It was often the mantra of my school that, and I quote; "We have no problem with bullying". Quite easy to claim when the common complaint from the bullied was they were the one's being punished for "reacting" or worse, "Not fitting in."
Not fitting in? Not taking part? Not for a lack of trying, children are cruel beings, and we forget that. In many ways they are far more cutting with their judgements than we are as adults. We know better, should know better, and even have the benefit of experience. We know what it's like to be children, or at least we should, we've been there. So why do we constantly ignore the responsibility thrust upon us as responsible adults and pretend things aren't as bad as they really are. And it's not a matter of being alert, it's a matter of brushing it under the carpet to save face or the ease of convenience.
Fuck that, I'm all for the tough approach. I'm all for fear when it's a necessary tool. After all what is jail time than a method of fear to prevent potential crime? Why is it bullies are treated with kid gloves? I find it rather sickening that the adults who's responsibility it was to prevent this tragedy, not only the school but the parents of the bullies too, appear to be avoiding responsibility for their inaction in their children's inappropriate behavior.
No, it's not cute when they behave like brats. It's not just something kids do. It's something we, as charges of our youths, need to take more responsibility for. Like punishing a child for even considering putting that fork in the electric socket for his own protection, there are some experiences it is best for a child to be aware of rather than to experience. Not only does the Prince family have to live with the loss of their daughter thanks to the pressure of these vile actions, but now the bullies have to live with the consequences for the rest of their lives that their actions lead to the suicide of a young girl not even having reached the prime of her life.
To easy is it to make a scapegoat out of these children, and they should suffer for what they did do not get me wrong, but to ignore our responsibilities and that of those we entrust their charge, is also tragedy we must be more aware of. A parent can have their children taken away for neglect, surely neglecting the way they treat others must also come with some form of retribution itself.
My heart goes out to all involved, the Prince Family and the bullies responsible. Whilst I hope the bullies never forget the harm they have done, I also pity them because we as a society failed to deal with a problem that for years has been way too prevalent and ignored for the sake of peronsal comfort.
Bullying is a problem, it's time we became more draconian in how it was dealt with.

A wasted entry on conspiracies
There is a reason I don't trust conspiracy theories. Not because there are so many of them but because they happen to be just that, conspiracy for the sake of conspiracy. It's like every action in the world has a purpose and that shit never really just happens. I had a crap this morning, and I can guarrantee it had something to do with the fluoride in my drinking water. Nothing to do with the natural functions of my body. Obama sneezes, it's an assassination attempt on the US of A and what the fuck happened to building 7 on 9/11?
I guess that's the big thing for me. I had a real spat with many islamaphobes lately who go out of their way to blame Islam for 9/11 yet at the same time make grandiose claims that 9/11 was an inside job. I mean come on guys make up your fucking minds. It's either or or the other, or the terrorists and our government are in cahoots in a major conspiracy to kill each other. Yep that makes sense. This was all one big conspiracy to show how complacent and stupid the USA was that it could be taken unawares by desert folk in from a backward country and so that Osama Bin Ladin could go out in a blaze of glory that would humiliate the US of A in an even bigger conspiracy theory. it all makes fucking sense don't it?
Oh is that to simple an analogy? Well fuck the more complex explanations that connect circumstantial evidence to bullshit science and sociology. I mean fuck, the simple ones are so much more interesting though. Thunderf00t would have us believe that simply being a Muslim is motivation enough to want to kill Americans. Yeah i read that in the Qur'an to, on how Allah commanded all Muslims to kill Americans. It's there, believe me, Thunderf00t says so.
But seriously people, this entry sucks as much as the theories I keep hearing about. Which is the point really. A wasted entry is the only entry worth writing on the conspiracy theories which in the long term is a waste of everybody's time and energy and really only for the small people who claim to want to change the world, but contribute very little to doing so.

We always miss the bad guy
Ahhh, so Osama Bin Ladin is dead, for the umpteenth time. Well I suppose a shot to the head kinda does it for you, though I have heard of people surviving worse in my time. The report that he stopped breathing too kind puts a lid on the whole affair I suppose. So unless someone has found a cure for death since Jesus Christ, that's that I suppose. Seriously though, really? It's like we don't want the Cobra Commander of our age to be dead (well who does really?). Whoever replaces him will have a lot of bogey points to live up to. Yeah Cobra Commander was a whiny bastard, but compared, to Serpentor who temporarily replaced him, Cobra Commander was OUR whiny bastard, and at least he got a trial.
Yeah wouldn't it have been cool if Osama got a show trial like that? But seriously, not even Saddam Hussein lived up to the G.I. Joe adversary like Osama did, and the best thing about him was, we had no idea where to find him (unless of course you were John McCain) and the rumors surrounding his living status spread like wild fire. Hell I can't think of anyone who inspired more mock Twitter accounts in his name other than the New York escaped cobra. Osama was an inspiration not only to terrorists around the world but to comic genius and parody as well. Ahh I can only imagine what Thames TV would have made of him in their iconic Spitting Image show, now sadly cancelled. Once again South Park is deprived of it's evil Muslim lover to inspire a misunderstood Satan. But don't let that let you down, in life he inspired comic genius throughout the world. In death Hitler still inspires tasteless comedy, maybe in his twilight years Mel Brooks can provide with a heart warming sequel to Spring Time for Hitler with a number for Osama Bin Landin. Come on Mel we owe the bastard that much at least. Where would a new generation of Comedians have been without the man who eluded American mob mentality...oh sorry I mean, Justice... for so many years? Any who follow in his steed are going to be poor imitations, like Serpentor was to Cobra Commander, or worse, Galvatron to Megatron.
But then again... we can only hope...
